  • 5 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Monk Fruit Sugar or Honey can be substitute it

Instructions
 

  • Pre Heat oven to 425° F
  • Melt butter in pan
  • Mix the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth
  • Slowly pour batter over metal spoon into pan
  • Bake for 22-27 Minutes
  • Top your pancake with sprinkled Powdered sugar (monk fruit), syrup, or fruit
