- 5 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Cup Flour
- 6 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Monk Fruit Sugar or Honey can be substitute it
Pre Heat oven to 425° F
Melt butter in pan
Mix the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth
Slowly pour batter over metal spoon into pan
Bake for 22-27 Minutes
Top your pancake with sprinkled Powdered sugar (monk fruit), syrup, or fruit
